My Quasi-Minimalism Continued
How It’s Going
If you’ve read any of my posts about my personal life in the time you’ve been reading my work, you probably know I’m a quasi-minimalist.
And if not, check out this post here.
But now, two years later, I’m going to update you on my progress.
Why I Started Practicing Minimalism
Because I became overwhelmed with the amount of items in my house.
Granted, most of it wasn’t mine (and still isn’t), but I wanted to take control of what I owned and only have what I liked or needed.
Especially since before a year and a half ago, most of what I owned were gifts from family members who didn’t really know me.
And, aside from a handful of items, I don’t hold much emotional value in the material.
So, after reading various posts and articles on Minimalism, I decided to incorporate it into my life.
Why It’s Only Quasi
Mainly because not all of my possessions have a functional use; I just like owning them.
