While many write to share their knowledge on certain topics or to share bits of wisdom, others write to release whatever unpleasant emotions are roaring through them at that moment.

And we don’t always think things through before hitting Publish.

To keep us from bottling up our emotions. And many people don’t share them. They keep it in a notebook or even burn the paper as a symbolic gesture.

But others need to share what we’re feeling, myself included.
