With the creation of platforms like YouTube, people post videos online daily.

Including what’s known as a vlog. And writers are among them.

What is Vlogging?

Vlogging, or video blogging, is when people record what they’re doing and post the videos online, whether it be their personal lives or something they’re doing professionally.

So, it is like blogging, except it’s not in written form.

Why Do People Vlog?

Well, why do people write about their lives? Or teach a specific subject in schools?

Because they want to share, and not everyone has the ability to convey their message in a written format. So, they create videos instead.

Now, this isn’t to say all vlogging is a pot of gold. I’m sure some vlogs, as are some posts and articles, are garbage.

You Can Do Both

Since watching YouTube videos, I’ve seen how many writers, authors, and editors have channels.
