Juice, Anyone?
How Juice Can Be Healthy And Not A Fad
Being healthy.
That’s what many people strive for, especially nowadays. But they don’t always go about it the right way.
One of those things is juicing. People tend to think juicing is a good weight loss method or that it’s a fad.
In my opinion, it’s not either, but rather, when done correctly, a supplement to help you become healthier.
How it Got Started
I got introduced to this right after I moved to Texas. My then partner/now roommate was juicing when I came down and got me on it.
I felt pretty good while we drank it, although the lemon gave me terrible heartburn. But for some reason, we fell off the wagon.
Starting Up Again
My roommate, his friend, and I have started juicing again recently, and I forgot what a rush it can give you.
That first glass made my heart race and my breathing faster, accompanied by a strange feeling in my chest. Almost like an anxiety attack, but without the mental triggers.
Why I Drink it
I have several reasons for drinking it:
Getting More Nutrients
I’m always looking for more ways to increase my nutrient intake, so drinking this juice is key to that.
Having More Energy
When you get the necessary vitamins and minerals, your energy levels naturally increase, something many of us want.
It’s like a pre-workout without the crash. And it feels good whether or not you plan to work out.
Better Sex
This unexpected benefit applies more if you’re with someone and both of you are juicing. It just makes it better.
