Hey, I’m back!

I apologize for disappearing in the middle of December. And I know it’s not like me, but there was a reason for that.

I Had a Job

Yeah, I did have a job. A Sales job. In life insurance, no less.

I’m not even how it happened, but it started with applying for a Sales role on LinkedIn in October. One out of many.

After jumping through the hiring hoops and acquiring my insurance license for Texas, I started training the week before Christmas.

It was intense, but nothing I couldn’t handle. And it was fun. My teacher and classmates were great. I also had field training, and my trainer was a cool guy.

But then I was released on the 31st of December.

I hated calling people. And that was a big part of the job. The other part was giving online presentations over Zoom.

Didn’t get to do even one presentation.

People either didn’t answer their phones or said no to me. And I didn’t have the…
