Most females have to deal with this each month, riding the hormone roller coaster. And it affects everything, from our physical activity to our emotional well-being.
And creativity is no exception to this.

What Inspired This?
I was watching a YouTube video for one of the authors I’m subscribed to, and in a video I watched a while ago, she mentioned her hormone cycle in relation to her mood.
And it wasn’t the first time she’d mentioned it, either. And it got me thinking about how much our cycles affect our creativity.
I mean, it’s wild when you think about it.
