Emotions.

We all have them in varying degrees. Whether we like them or not.

But sometimes, we can’t figure out what we’re feeling. And for me, that’s more often than not.

Feeling My Emotions

Is it me, or do others feel most of their emotions with their brains instead of their hearts?

I don’t know how to describe it, but for the most part, I don’t feel my emotions in my chest and stomach. Not unless they’re intense.

So, if you understand what I mean, we have something in common. And I’m here for you.

It’s been a quest since my breakup with my ex, and I’m still only scratching the surface of understanding my emotions.

Happiness

For me, happiness is both an emotion and a state of mind I’ve had only a few times in my life.

Most of which is when I’m in Texas.
